Description

Beautiful 5* hideaway set on 5 acres fronting onto 4 miles of quiet sandy beach on the Wild Atlantic Way. It's sheer relaxation, the only traffic are some ships gliding by and the dolphins. The beach is great for swimming, water sports, horse riding, fishing or just building sand castles. There's lots of bars and restaurants in Ballybunion 10 minutes away which also has 2 championship golf courses, swimming pool health centre and great cliff walks. Day trips to Killarney, Ring of Kerry, Dingle, and to Co. Clare via Tarbert ferry.
For the Golfer the house is ideally located to play all the famous links courses of Ireland's south west. Lahinch, Doonbeg, Tralee, Waterville, The Old Head of Kinsale are within reach and of course Ballybunion is right on the doorstep. Killarney and Adare Manor courses are also close by.

This is a high spec house with geo-thermal underfloor heating, power showers, central vacuum and high quality fittings.

This house is filled with light, the sun streams in all day. The hallway is double hight with a gallery staircase. The lounge has polished wooden floor,flat screen TV with surround sound DVD/radio. Double french doors lead to patio/barbecue area. There is comfortable seating for 8 people and breath-taking views.


The spacious kitchen/diner is equipped with a gourmet gas/electric range cooker,dish washer,fridge freezer and granite worktops. the dining table is set in a huge bay window facing the sea. The utility/laundry room has a washer, drier, ironing board and ample storage. The master bedroom with luxury en-suite is also on this level. Upstairs there a 3 spacious bedrooms, the family bedroom has a double and single bed, a large walk in wardrobe and en-suite shower-room. The other double is also en-suite, There's a twin bedroom and a large family bathroom with shower over bath. All the bedrooms have great sea views,open up the windows and let the sounds of the sea sooth you off to sleep.
