Situated at the end of a tranquil country lane on the edge of beautiful Bodmin Moor, we're just a short stroll from the historic village of St Cleer

Beautiful spacious lixury detached house set in it's own grounds with parking

6 Double Bedrooms - 3 with bed settee suitable for children. All tastefully decorated and furnished, the stripped pine floors giving them a Scandinavian feel.

Amy is a spacious double aspect studio style room with en-suite, settee, arm chair and french windows opening onto a Juliette balcony.

Ella a spacious double aspect room with en-suite and a settee.

Fitzy a bright, spacious double bedded suite with a settee, private
bathroom adjacent and stunning views of open countryside.

Tomasino a double room with a juliette balcony with en suite

Standard features include wireless broadband, hot drink facilities, television/video, hair dryers, bed settees (turning the suite into a family room) and uninterrupted views across beautiful open countryside

Large lounge with TV, Conservatory off a large dining room, large fully equipped kitchen with an additional open plan "L" shaped dining area and lounge.

If eating alfresco is your pleasure we've an Italian style covered BBQ area set in the paddock with a log fire, or relax in landscaped gardens with sun chairs

Hot tub and outdoor seated dining area off the "L" shaped kitchen area

Very 'child friendly'. There's a large trampoline, outdoor table tennis and a paddock where they can run and play in safety.

Inside there's table football, a child sized snooker/pool table, Lego and games to many to name.

Why not make your holiday break complete & let someone else do the cooking. No stress, no shopping, just spoil yourself and try our delicious homemade meals from the Aga. We charge £13.95 per adult and £8.95 per child up to 11 years of age to include breakfast and a home cooked evening meal on a nightly rate.

Linen:
We charge £10.00 per guest per stay for high quality Sheets and Pillow cases and a further £10.00 per guest per stay for high quality Towels and Tea Towels. These are not inclusive of the price above - please mention whether you would like this provision .
