Situated in gardens and woodland which were once part of Rosecraddoc Manor, Baytree Cottage is a luxury 2-bedroom, detached self-catering cottage, enjoying a peaceful location, with individual parking and level wheel chair friendly access to the front and rear.

The cottage offers non-smoking accommodation, sleeping up to 4 with 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. A fully tiled wet-room, spacious open plan lounge, fully fitted kitchen and dining area leading onto a large enclosed sun terrace complete the cottage.

Rosecraddoc is a level site nestling in the beautiful Cornish countryside, just 2 miles from the ancient market town of Liskeard. It is a superb base for exploring Cornwall and there are many places of interest nearby. For the evening there are plenty of local pubs serving great food & drink, within easy reach of the site.

Children are very welcome, however it may be unsuitable for babies as no high chair or cot is provided. Parents must take responsibility for their children, who play at their own risk.
One well behaved dog is allowed and very welcome by prior arrangement at £5 per night. We do request that dogs are not left unattended in the cottage and that they are kept on a lead within the site grounds. A dog basket/bedding must be brought by the guests, as dogs are not allowed on beds, settee or chairs

Great place to stay. Had everything we needed and more. Plenty of things to do around the area with morrisons and aldi on the doorstep. Doggy friends walks near by.

Why can't I call Paula (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paula (the owner) a message.

If Paula (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
