Stay in a beautiful mansion with garden on the lookout point "Senhora do Monte" in the historic district of Graça.

This beautiful historic house is composed of a large marble lounge with fireplace overlooking a lush greenery, facing south and decorated with a fountain. You can enjoy an outdoor table with barbecue and a garden for sunbathing.

This house with great comfort is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms including two master bedroom suites, one bedroom with single bed, one bedroom with 2 single bed, a child's room with a bunk bed, two bathrooms, one with a bath and service bathroom.

Ideally designed for two families in search of serenity and calm after a discovery of the historic center of Lisbon, while enjoying the atmosphere of the old neighborhoods with the most breathtaking view of the city just around the corner.

You will benefit from a WIFI, the cable satellite with international chains, a library and ludotheque and a videotheque well provided will be at your disposal in the television room

The house consists of 3 levels and you can park your car in the neighborhood (paid parking).

The exceptional location of this mansion makes it a perfect starting point for city tours.

Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of €50, per hour. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.

Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.

The best way to reach Graça is to take the legendary tram 28, which passes 100 meters from the apartment and crosses all the historic districts of the city.

Several buses will also take you to different key points of the city.

Finally the metro station "Martim Moniz" 10 min walk.

The belvedere "Senhora do Monte" is spectacular; it is the highest point of the whole city.

THE HISTORY

During the Christian reconquest, Graça was a gigantic olive grove occupied by Arab peasants. The Augustinian monks chose this "village" outside the walls to build their religious buildings. From the 15th century - period of great discoveries - aristocrats invested in the neighborhood, known for its clean air. During the industrial revolution, around 1850, the first workers' villas were born.

How do damage deposits work?
