Lovely apartment in the heart of Lisbon.

The apartment is located in Lisbon city center, just next to the principal Lisbon Avenue - Avenida da Liberdade.

Charming, romantic, cozy and comfortable.

Set on the second floor of a traditional two storey building, this wooden-floored duplex apartment and double glazed windows was completely renovated in 2014 for the comfort of your stay. The apartment with 45 m2 has two floors each one with three windows and lots of sun light. Each floor has a complete and exclusive bathroom and a kitchen on the main floor.

Although the apartment is fit for 4 adults, it´s also equipped with two guests beds suitable for one children each.

Fully equipped and furnished.

The apartment offers modern furnishings, internet Wi-Fi and cable TV. It has a king size bed, a sofa bed (with a 1,40 m large), a dining area, a living area with flat-screen TV, wireless Dock Station with USB, a suite, a second bathroom

Amenities provided include toaster, orange squeezer, coffee machine, blender, kettle, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, first aid kit, to make your stay as great as possible.

Clean bed sheets and towels are provided free of charge.

Complimentary coffee, tea and sugar as well as toiletries (shower gel and hand wash) are provided.

Additional cleaning can be arranged for stays longer than 1 week. Upon request we can provide a cot and linen free of charge as well as extra towels.

You will find in the apartment various up to date leaflets about Lisbon, an illustrated map of the local area as well as a map and diagram of the subway network. We've also prepared a city guide especially for you!

There is no more central place to stay in Lisbon.

The flat is a perfect accommodation for those who want to be close to the sightseeing attractions and trendy lifestyle.

Ideally located major transportation, just 50m from metro station Avenida (blue line) and from all main bus-lines and the Aerobus (bus shuttle to and from the Airport), the apartment is also within walking distance from many tourist attractions:

- Baixa e Rua Augusta (8 minutes walking)

- Chiado (10 minutes walking)

- Bairro Alto (10 minutes walking and one of the nightlife important neighbourhoods)

- Marquês de Pombal (10 minutes walking - where you can find the sightseeing tour buses)

- Rossio Historic Train Station (5 minutes walking distance - where you can catch the train to Sintra (World Heritage City), or Cascais / Estoril, in a 25mn trip by train.

- Castelo de São Jorge (you may walk or catch, in Baixa, the typical Tram 28, which will lead you to the most picturesque neighbourhood - Alfama )

The neighbourhood is friendly and has all the facilities you may require.

It has great inexpensive, small and typical restaurants, cafes, grocery shops, fruit and vegetable stalls, butcher shop, bakeries, ATM, car rental, tourism point, and pharmacies are very close by (all within 25-50m from the apartment and most of them open 7 days a week). Within 2 minutes walking from the apartment you can also find the lovely garden Jardim do Torel, a neighbourhood belvedere whit great views over Lisbon, where you can enjoy the perfect sunset and chill-out.

Avenida da Liberdade has everything from high-end luxury stores, antique shops, theatres, cinemas, concert halls, bars like the Hard-rock café and kiosks that serve drinks and snacks till 2am.

How to get here from the airport?

The best way to reach the apartment from the airport is to take the Metro to São Sebastião (red line, not more than 20 minutes) and then the blue line to Avenida (3 minutes) or take the AeroBus Line 1 and get off at Avenida. From there it's only a 1 min walk. Parkings available close to the apartment.
