Lovely, lightly, big apartment with 3 double bedrooms: one double bedroom with a double king size bed, second bedroom with double bed and thirth double bedroom as a twin bedroom and a longe for a extra person.
Apartment with 2 terraces: a big one fully equipped with table for 4 and also chaise longue for enjoying the sun in Lisbon. Second terrace private for the upstairs 2 double bedrooms.
Equipped with 2 air conditioning, one in the living room and other equipement in one double bedroom.
Large living room with two leader sofas, LCD, hi-fi, broadband wifi.
Dining room for 8 persons with everything you need to enjoy a nice portuguese meal.
Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, stove, fridge, washing and dryer maschine, dishwasher, micro wave and every cookery utensils for preparing a nice dish and enjoy your stay.
Two bathrooms with shower and windows to get the light inside.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marisa (the owner) a message.

If Marisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
