Location description from owner

The Scotland region

Philpstoun is a semi rural village of Linlithgow. There is a bus route to Edinburgh, however this would require a change over at South Queensferry. South Queensferry has plenty pubs at the water's edge and is home to the famous Forth road and railway bridges. The M9 Motorway is on the edge of the village which gives access to Stirling, Perth, Glasgow & Edinburgh. Only 10 minutes from the Forth Road Bridge is the M90 which gives access to the North of Scotland and to visit St Andrews.
