Come and get your toes in the sand!

This newly remodeled, oceanfront, ground level, 1 bedroom 2 bath condo at the Sea Gypsy sits only a few steps away from the beach. The spectacular view can be enjoyed all year around through the 8ft sliding glass door. This unit features a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the front room to accommodate up to four adults. It has new carpet, paint, flooring, fixtures, and furnishings, two full bathrooms with granite countertops and tub/shower. There is a 51" flat screen TV in the front room and a 37" flat screen TV in the bedroom both with blu ray players, Netflix and an assortment of DVDs. The new full kitchen includes stainless appliances: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, full size range, beautiful granite countertops, hickory cabinets, cookware and utensils.

This is the ideal setting to enjoy the ocean wildlife. Marvel at the whales, sea lions and pelicans from the comfort of this condo, or bury your toes in the sand just steps away. From storm to sun, this is the one. A short easy walk up the beach takes you to amazing tide pools where the sea life is always changing. The D river (shortest in the world) is located just South of the condo. Great deals are only minutes away at the Tanger Outlet Mall. Chinook Winds Casino has great dining and fun entertainment. Within walking distance of the condo are candy stores, coffee shops, kite shops, and food with a view at Kyllo's restaurant. Kite flying, beach combing or just relaxing with your toes in the sand has never been easier. A comfortable retreat for romantics, families, small groups or anyone who loves the sound of the ocean and the warmth of the sand.
