5 Min Walk to Lift- One of the closest (if not the closest) single family homes to Loon's lifts available on the rental market! New listing to TripAdvisor in 2020, this home has dozens of 5-star ratings and premier hosting status on other major websites!

This kid-friendly, 5-bedroom/ 3 full bath, 3K square foot home resides in a prime summer location: ~5 min walk to Pemi River as well as Loon Adventure Center (bike rental, zip line, rock climbing wall, kids bungi trampoline, and more)! Complimentary use of outdoor pool/gym at Loon Mountain Club (10 min walk)! Two spacious family rooms.

Off the back deck, you will hear the subtle rumble of the river (few hundred feet away), as well as enjoy seasonal winter views of the surrounding White Mountains.

In addition to being so close to the ski lifts, this home resides in a prime summer location as well with a short 5 minute walk to the Pemi River to swim or lay out, as well as a 5-7 minute walk to the Loon Mountain Adventure Center, where you will find bike rentals, zip lining, rock climbing wall, kids bungi trampoline, and more! Not found of going in the river? - then check out the Loon Mountain outdoor pool where you can order and food and drink (complimentary access during your stay with us). The pool is a minute drive or only a 10 minute or so walk from our property.

The 3-level home is conveniently outfitted with 5G WiFi, 3 smart Hi-Def TVs all wired with cable, full equipped kitchen, beautiful furniture, washer/dryer, parking for 5 cars (including one garage spot), toys for kids, and two family rooms.

Complementary use of Owner’s Charter Membership at The Mountain Club on Loon (only available to Homeowners residing on Loon Mountain), which includes unlimited access and no blackout dates for up to 8 guests to: cardio and weight rooms, complementary group exercise classes (yoga, spinning, strength training, etc.), indoor pool, hot tub, basketball/racquetball and outdoor pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Additional $10 daily fee per guest for groups above 8. The Charter Membership provides guest with a private parking pass, discount to spa services at Viaggio Spa, and 10% off at Loon's Black Diamond Pub restaurant. There is a game room for kids in the resort.

Multiple ways to get to mountain: drive (less than 20 seconds to parking lot), walk (5 minutes to lift), or take the bus on the weekend during the winter which will pick you up at the top of our driveway!

We acknowledge our cleaning fee is expensive; however, you will have peace of mind knowing our place is professionally cleaned for each stay and we use a professional launder to provide clean linens for each stay.

Many family activities and attractions nearby! Walk to Loon's restaurants and bars in less than 10 minutes. Summer activities include a few of the most gorgeous hiking climbs for all abilities including 4,000 foot climb, The Flume, The Basin, and Indian Head, as well as golf nearby and Echo Lake Park. In addition, nearby attractions include Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale Water Park, Hobo Railroad, Lost River, Woodstock Brewery and many more! Winter time enjoy skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing for the entire family at Loon Mountain, or any of the many additional ski resorts nearby including Cannon, Bretton Woods and Waterville Valley!

Many restaurants and shops a short 5 minute car ride away in downtown Lincoln, as well as additional restaurants and shops in downtown Woodstock a few more minutes down the road.

Guests have full access to the house with the exception of locked closets and the woods stoves (unless prior consent has been given by owner).

Guests will also have free access to the Mountain Club on Loon, which has a fitness center, indoor, outdoor pool, and hot tub.
