Kallithea View is a New, spacious 2 Double Bedroom, modern Apartment Villa located in a quiet area of Limassol, Ayia Fylaxi. The apartment offers you the choice of comfort, peace, quiet and privacy together with panoramic views overlooking Limassol, the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding areas.
At Kallithea View, guests have the choice to either head out to the sandy beaches of Limassol, sightseeing and nights out, or just relax by the side of their very own pool.

Kallithea View is new, fully equipped and offers Free Wi-Fi, large modern fully fitted kitchen with large Breakfast Bar with adjustable Stools, 52" wall mounted flat-screen TV with surround sound, DVD Player with over 300 DVDs to watch, cable channels. Wall to Wall Glass Patio Doors lead out to your own Pool.

We have also provided a New Hot and Cold Water Dispenser filled freshly for your arrival with 20litres of the Islands very own Fresh Mountain Spring Water. A selection of Books, Board Games and Cards etc are also provided.

On the terrace and around the pool are outside table and chairs, sunbeds with their own sliding out side tables, BBQ, pool shower and changing room (which can also be used as a second bathroom).

Sights of interest, Beaches, restaurants and bars are simply within a 10-minute drive. A 10-15 minute drive will also take you to the Fassouri Water Park.
And hard as it may seem because of the peace, quiet, fresh air, a 5 minute drive down will take you to the main highway that links Limassol to the rest of the Island.

Kallithea View is family run, and as your hosts we will be available to offer help and advice ONLY as and when YOU need.
The apartment has it's own front gate and entrance giving you all the privacy you need.

Why can't I call Robert (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Robert (the owner) a message.

If Robert (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
