Spacious apartment is approximately 135 square meters, sleeps 6 comfortably , fully furnished and located close to the sea front/beach in Central Limassol. (no noise on an evening but close to all amenities 'Central Limassol location')

Shared outdoor swimming pool, with childrens pool - seasonal at the complex 25/3 - 25/10/15 'Kapetanios Odyssia Hotel'

The beach is located 2 minutes walk, approx 130-140 meters away.

2 large double bedrooms (with king beds), 1 twin bedroom (2 single beds), with dressing tables, fitted wardrobes, hairdryer etc , Family bathroom 'bath and shower' and spare wc. (Cot, playpen, pushchair available and all cot linen etc - please contact owner for prices)

The fully furnished apartment recently refurbished 2014 & decorated includes a large living & dining area with large flat screen TV/DVD player, large dining table, patio doors opening to the veranda seating 8 comfortably, relax with a chilled glass of local wine or beer and take in the views and the sun.

Big fully fitted kitchen refurbished Feb 15 'with breakfast area' breakfast table seating 6' is fully equipped with all electrical appliances and all you will need in a self catering apartment, a small patio leading off the kitchen includes BBQ and all bbq' facilities.

The master bedroom with king size bed & 2nd bed with king sized bed. both enjoy sea views and lead out to the balcony/veranda. The 3rd bedroom is a twin room (2 single beds), all 3 bedrooms are good sized. The apartment has a full family bathroom, in addition to a separate guest wc/washbasin for your convenience.

Air conditioning in sitting/dining room, 1st master and twin, all bedrooms and kitchen are equipped with ceiling fans, extra to a/c.

An wonderful assortment of books/family board games/cards and DVD's for all the family, plus WIFI.

Beach towels are provided in addition to bath towels and bedding linen (Maid service available for long stay - at minimal additional cost - please enquire for further details).

Very close to Beach and sea - all amenities, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, shops, nightclubs, coffee houses' are all on your door step, very close by'.

5th floor apartment with stair and lift access.

“central, beachside location”

Initial impressions are deceiving, based between various cafes and fast food outlets, the entrance to the building looks a little scruffy but the apartment was perfect for us, clean, spacious and with a sea view from the balcony. You need a car to get around ideally as the old town and tourist areas stretch a long way apart on the seafront. Some great beaches Kourion and Ladies Mile and the waterpark was good for a day out. Jennifer was very helpful and was available for any extra questions we may have had. All in all great week away.

How do damage deposits work?
