This 3-bedroom apartment (covered area - 135 sq. m, 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry, big balcony is situated 2 minutes from the beach in a popular area of Limassol - there is a “Debanhams” department store and many shops, bars, and restaurants. The balcony presents gorgeous view of the sea. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need during your stay: air-conditioning units in every room, refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, toaster, washing machine, iron, hair-dryer, TV with satellite, etc. It has everything you might need, including 2 sets of bed sheets and towels, as well as all the necessary washing and cleaning supplies. A parking space is available. The normal living capacity is 6 guests, but could, on request, be increased up to 7.
All the utilities (water, electricity) and transfer from any Cyprus airport are covered by the company. Baby cribs, high chairs, extra beds and so on can be provided upon request, no
