“Il posto perfetto per una vacanza”

Reviewed 12 Sep 2015

Eravamo molto contenti. L'appartamento è molto bello e curato.

“We recommand !”

Reviewed 22 Jul 2015

We spent very nice two weeks in Ernesto's house, which was confortable, clean and well equipped (except maybe for the old TV set, but we didn't care, we didn't want to watch TV anyway). Ernesto is a wonderful host and gives you all informations and advices you need. The house is located in Eloro, which is not a very nice place, but it's quite close to the beaches and you can always enjoy the wonderful terrace and the cute (and very kind) little dog called Whisky (our girls absolutely loved him!). We recommand !

“ottima!”

“Terrific Base to explore the Baroque towns and coastline of southern Sicily.”

Reviewed 14 Jun 2015

Villa Eloro offered very good accommodation for our two week trip to southern Sicily. Its location was a terrific point from which to explore the Baroque towns of Noto, Scili, Ragusa, Modica and Ortigia. Lovely beaches within walking distance of the villa. The wonderful nature reserve of Vendicari was a fifteen drive drive away. The town of Noto, just a few kilometres away, offered lots of historical interest and some excellent places to eat and relax. The villa was very comfortable and spacious with a lovely private veranda for outdoor dining and relaxing. Ernesto was an excellent host, providing lots of advice and suggestions for exploring the area. We would not hesitate in recommending the Villa Eloro and would hope to make a return visit in the future. Kieran & Theresa, Ireland.

“Excellent vacation rental”

Reviewed 1 Oct 2014

This was our first trip to Sicily and our first rental there. Ernesto, the owner lives downstairs from the apartment, and was absolutely unobtrusive during our stay. However he was a wealth of information about nearby attractions and restaurants. The apartment was immaculate and comfortable, and the outside patio/deck was delightful as a place to sit and eat, or just relax. Villa Eloro is in a very convenient location. A nice beach is very nearby, and the beautiful Baroque town of Noto as well as the treasures of Siracusa are within a short driving distance.

“Great holidays”

Reviewed 11 Sep 2014

We really spent a great week at Villa Eloro with my husband and 2 years-old son, combining visits (Noto, Syracuse) and sea. Everything you need is available at the villa, which is few meters away from a nice (but busy) beach. We were happy to finally find the sun and heat (that we were desperatly looking for all summer), but we still enjoyed the air-cond in the villa :) Ernesto is a very nice and discrete person, and we were happy to have a guest every morning and evening (Whisky, one of Ernesto's dogs), which my son is now really missing...

“Wonderful week, it's like to stay at home.”

Reviewed 21 Aug 2014

We stayed in Villa Eloro (me, my wife and two children) the first week of August. Very nice house (even better than expected), the rooms were comfortable and clean, the place very silent with a huge and magnificent outside area for relax and dinners. Ernesto was very nice and precious with his consulting and info. Hope to return very soon

“Lovely apartment in great location”

Reviewed 7 Aug 2014

This was our second visit to Villa Eloro and it was just as good. The location is great, a few minutes from two beaches and a ten minute drive from Noto. Earnest is friendly and welcoming, offering advice about places to visit and good places to eat. The terrace is lovely a relaxing and the apartment comfortable and spacious with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

“Ernesto is the perfect host”

Reviewed 22 Jul 2014

Are we stayed at this filler for six days. It was really hard to fault. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The terraced area was really big and well laid out. The garden area was very well looked after with a super barbecue. We were within a very short distance of a perfectly good beach. There were better more secluded beaches around as well. Ernesto was fantastic. He is really friendly, but very discreet and helped when ever he could. He sent really helpful emails prior to our stay. He got a load of groceries to welcome us (fruit water coffee bread biscuits cheese) and wouldn't let us pay for them. His two dogs were great company too. The older one doesn't get about a great deal, but Whiskey the younger of the two was really friendly and great to have around. Ernesto would've been quite happy to have kept the dogs away if we'd wanted but we really enjoyed having them around. A great place with a superlative host.

“Perfect stay for a small family”

Reviewed 23 May 2014

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. We stayed for a week with our son, who is 1,5 years old. He enjoyed the stay very much too. It was great to wake up and go out on the terrace to have a coffee in the morning sun, yummy stuff for lunch and a vino in the evening. The house was very clean, well equipped with all stuff we needed and good working wifi. We didn't miss anything. Lido di Noto is a small beach town and since we stayed there out of season it was very quite. Except for a few barking dogs in the street, which didn't bother us though. We enjoyed the peace en quite. And there is a lot of stuff to do nearby. You will need a car for that. Ernesto, the host who is living on the ground floor, is very very nice, super friendly, helpful and speaks good english. If we go back to Sicily again we would definitely stay at Ernesto's house again.
