L'appartamento gode di ottima posizione, a soli 30 metri dalla spiaggia dove di giorno ci si rilassa e diverte in compagnia di giovani animatori che intrattengono adulti e bambini.

Dista 30 mt anche dalla via principale di Jesolo, VIA BAFILE, ricca di negozi, bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, gelaterie ed eventi.

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica anche per i giovani: a soli 500 mt. dal famoso parco a tema acquatico AQUALANDIA e dall'ADVENTURE GOLF (unico minigolf tematizzato di Jesolo).

Appartamento, recentemente rinnovato, dotato di soggiorno con angolo cottura completamente fornita, due camere con letto matrimoniale più un terzo letto aggiunto, bagno con box doccia e ampio terrazzo con vista mare, ottimo per trascorrere pranzi e cene in compagnia.

L'appartamento di default può' ospitare quattro persone e su richiesta possiamo aggiungere un ulteriore posto letto per la quinta persona.

Locale completamente attrezzato, aria condizionata, TV, WI-FI, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, cassaforte e porta blindata.

Anche il posto macchina ed il posto spiaggia (con ombrellone + uno sdraio ed un lettino) sono inclusi.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
