This Property is situated on a well maintained private site with approximately 150 chalets. It is a friendly and welcoming environment for all ages and welcomes families. The campsite comprises of three main fields with chalets surrounding them. The fourth has a designated football pitch for all to use and a childrens play area. The site also offers it's own clubhouse open 7 days during peak seaso. It has been totally refurbished with a new double bed, single bed and two double bed settees. There is a large flat screen TV with a dvd and a video player (there are a selection of videos in the chalet for those wet days).

Booked for bank holiday weekend and we all had a great time. Chalet was lovely and clean with everything we needed, club house staff was friendly with great entertainment. Lovely bit of greenery right outside chalet so plenty if room for kids to play there

“Cozy chalet”

The chalet is cozy, clean and has everything one would need for a break away, there was 4 of us in the chalet and was alittle crammed so wouldn't recommend it for anymore than that. Even though the sofas are meant to be sofa beds they aren't really big enough or long enough to sleep on unless small children are using them. The shower lacks any power but if you are only needing a very quick raise then it will suit your needs, the camp site is very peaceful and seems to be for older people. It was about a 10mins walk to the beach and a couple of arcades,the village of laysdown on sea I wouldn't really recommend for families as there isn't much to do.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your review, I have tried to make the chalet as cozy as possible and am pleased you agree. The sofas are classed as double bed settees, however, if a large adult sleeps on one I can understand that it may be a bit cramped.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Julie (the owner) a message.

If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
