For lovers of beautiful scenery, skiing, hiking, fishing or just relaxing in spectacular surroundings this lovely house acts as a wonderful base. Snowboarders/Skiers will have access to the best value skiing available in Europe; you will have access to uncrowded slopes at a fraction of the cost of Western Europe.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for a family or group of friends who are keen skiers and want to take advantage of the very reasonable ski hire and daily fees of the local ski field 5 kms away. With three runs to suit both beginnners and experts this is an ideal opportunity for those who love the outdoors in both summer and winter.

The house itself is over 3 levels. The top floor can function as a self-contained apartment if you wish, consisting of two double bedrooms, shower and fully equipped bathroom, kitchen, sitting room, hall and dining area. The Living room is stylishly furnished with modern high quality furniture and rugs spread across wooden flooring.

The ground floor contains a large open plan lounge leading onto an elegant dining area which can accommodate up to 12 people.

On the first floor, an original archway opens into a modern cherrywood kitchen with polished floors, leading into a lounge with leather sofas, open fire, two large bedrooms, and also the master bedroom which has a luxury en-suite with under-floor heating.

From this room you have a private garden room which looks out to the hills.

There are polished solid wood floors throughout.

Interaction with guest

You will be met on arrival and given the keys tot he house, and shown around. The lady who looks after the house is called Katerina and is helpful and pleasant. Her son Marek is studying at University and speaks good English but Katerina understands much of what you say to her in English .There are some simple groceries which can be used as you wish but we ask guests to replace store groceries for the next person's convenience. Katerina lives a few doors away and she will give you her phone number as you wish. There are stair gates supplied when with very small children. The safety of the children is the full responsibility of the guests. We would love to get feedback after your visit , as this is hugely helpful .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Denise (the owner) a message.

If Denise (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
