Sea View House has majestic views over the Atlantic Ocean in front of the house. A house full of wellness.

Visit Scotland awarded the house with "an outstanding 5 star award" stating: "The house has been completed to an extremely high standard" with a " first class lounge where guest will really appreciate the stunning sea views from the picture windows, with real feature wood burning stoves, large SMART TV, Bose music system, further a telescope and binoculars to observe wildlife. There is a cleverly designed upstairs 'suite' with also memorable artwork and Swiss design beds and an ensuite bathroom of an exceptional quality with a spa bath, a large wonderfully designed power shower, with driftwood 'decor' features and sauna for two". "The painted floor with water lilies provide a real wow factor. The open plan kitchen is striking and again finished to very high standard indeed. The Siematic kitchen units look great and added are top quality appliances from Smeg, and Miele in keeping with the quality in the rest of the house". "There is a comprehensive range of crockery, cutlery and glassware added. De Longhi de Luxe bean to cup machine for coffee/latte's lover's. EU Boom Speaker for connecting to your bluetooth devices.The downstairs bedroom with an ensuite power shower of high quality, toilet and fantastic artwork has comfortable underfloor heating. Top quality standards of cleanliness noted throughout with clear attention to detail"

Light the wood burning stove and install yourselves in one of the the window seats with a cup of tea. The hours will be passing by watching the skies and seeing the colour of the waters change from dark grey to turquoise blue. Probably you'll see a Seal popping up it's head, definitely many Gannets will be diving for their food in the distance. A telescope in the house allows you to watch them from close by.

After long beach walks, it is great to take a bath in the large Double Jacuzzi bubbling away, maybe with some bubblies on the side too, or enjoying the infrared Sauna for more wellness. The large shower is decorated with Sea wildlife.

The House has a large homy luxury kitchen of course with a dishwasher, a coffee machine, wood burning stove, large LED TV, DVD player, wifi and designer leather furnishings.

Go through the front hall with toilet and you'll find the large luxury lounge with Castle fireplace and another wood burning stove, lovely seatings with again window seats to enjoy the amazing sea views and stairs going up to the bedrooms with ensuite bathroom.

Hebridean wild life you'll see in Sea View House, we have commissioned a local professional artist whom painted beautiful waterlilies on the bathroom floor. Puffins have found a spot over the bed. Highland mum and calf are in the Machair full of wild flowers looking at you from a large mural in the lounge, whilst a real size 'Famous' Grouse might watch you enjoying a whisky from the Harris distillery hiding next to the Castle fire place..

Upstairs, the large master bedroom under the eaves with a super kingsize bed with memory foam mattress, double marble washbasin and further an ensuite bathroom with a Double Jacuzzi, large Shower, infra red Sauna for 2 are adding to a feel of wellness for a completely relaxing stay.. The velux windows are placed high for privacy and having stunning views towards the Uists.

Downstairs at the back we have built another quality bedroom with ensuite shower room, looking out over the ocean, benefitting from lovely light coming in.

The ever changing light on the water, you will hear the call of the Seals as they have a 'pecking' order which male has the best rock when the tide is rising.

A huge male Otter living near the house, sourcing his food at the old jetty in front of the house, wildlife around you, just relax....

The basic price is based on 1 couple staying £ 1250 per week Nov-March, min. stay 3 nights for £ 675, each additional night £ 150 including cleaning service, heating, wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels. From March 15 - November 3- 2018/19 £ 1650- 2 couples staying, £1500, -1 couple staying. A well behaved dog on request only, our Dog Policy applies, fee £ 75 per dog, per week. The house has an open stairs, revels in Art, has luxury design furniture and no children's toys or play area, therefor we advise it is suitable for older children/adults and for safety reasons not suitable for little children.

A very well behaved and trained Dog is allowed on request, only downstairs also for little breeds, fee £ 75 per stay, not in bedrooms, never in or on beds and bathrooms, sleeping in a cage at night, not on sofa's and chairs, damage must be paid in full, picking up around the house please.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Naomi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
