“Just perfect”

Flat in the basement of owners house, but no Problem. He was really helpful and flexible. He drove me to the next car rental. Welcome Drinks, Food for the first breakfast and towels for the beach included! Well equipped flat with a huge terrace, nice view over trees to the sea, nice and modern furniture. Very quiet. Diving-station, a nice beach, Restaurants, ATM and a Supermarket wer approximately 400m away. A rental car ist although recommended, as the property is outside the citycentre of Les Trois Illets.

Wonderful stay here for our 45th wedding anniversary. Franck has thought of everything. We are experienced travellers and we can honestly say this was top notch for being well equipped, spectacular view, outstanding. Go if you can.

superbe appartement moderne et très bien équipé, décoré avec gout. Très belle terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle. Accueil chaleureux, Franck nous a donné d'excellents conseils pour un séjour réussi à la Martinique. A refaire, c'est sûr !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à CocoKreyol ! Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins ! Le 1er repas du soir et le 1er petit déjeuner nous attendaient dans le réfrigérateur ! L’appartement est spacieux, décoré avec goût et le transat sur la terrasse un vrai bonheur ! Il est idéalement situé pour se rendre dans les plages du Sud. La vue est plus que reposante (très verdoyant). Franck, le propriétaire se soucie vraiment du bien-être de ces hôtes ! Nous avons déjà transmis l'adresse à nos amis.

Nous avons passé une semaine superbe. La location est bien placé pour visite l'île . Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et nous ont donné plein de bons plans. Nous reviendrons assurément si nous revenons en martinique !

Beau logement avec une super vue! Appartement très bien équipé, avec des attentions très agréable pour les vacances : une glacière un sac de plage avec serviette de plage! du rhum avec le citron et le sucre pour les ti-punch!! ... très bonne adresse

Appartement impeccablement propre et refait à neuf récemment. Grande terrasse très agréable avec vue sur la verdure et au calme. Propriétaire adorable, disponible et de très bon conseil!! Je vous recommande cette location les yeux fermée.

Franck and his family are the perfect hosts and the location is also perfect - The apartment is in our opinion located in the best part of the island, a few minutes drive from beautiful beaches (e.g. Arlet Anse, Anse Noire, Anse Dufour), only 30 min. away from the airport. The small village/beach l'Anse à l'Ane with a supermarket, bakery, dive center, some restaurants and the ferry to Fort de France is only 3 min. with the car. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a holiday and tastefully decorated. We loved sitting on the big terrace, watching the nature around us and listing to the wind and the birds. The booking and payment (via paypal) was easy and well organized. We will definitely go back sometime.

Aucune surprise (sauf de bonnes). Aucune arnaque. C'est "clean". Tout est conforme. Je recommande cet endroit. La vue est splendide. L'appartement est nickel et joliment décoré. Le tout dans un endroit paisible et calme.

Cet appartement refait à neuf propose tout le confort que l'on souhaiterait pour passer de bonnes vacances, le gros plus est la terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes et l'océan. L'amabilité des propriétaires est un vrai plaisir, ils ont vraiment le sens de l’accueil :planteur maison à l'arrivée, ti punch, courses du petit déjeuner déjà dans le frigo, réponses à toutes les questions. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Franck (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
