This Provencal villa, completely renovated in 2020, is located in the higher part of Les Issambres with beautiful panoramic sea views. Through the electric gate you enter the beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden, with heated infinity pool of 9 x 4 meters and spacious terraces, with outdoor kitchen and Weber gas barbecue. The 4 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, all have a panoramic sea view and open onto a large terrace. All rooms have air conditioning and heating. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, the other bedrooms 2 single beds. Cot, baby bath and high chair are available. On the ground floor there are two bathrooms with a shower. On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped open kitchen and the large living room with air conditioning and heating. The villa is located in a quiet area 1 km from the sea. A beautiful villa for a successful and peaceful holiday.

Not the cheapest, but very good. Perfect bedrooms with good size beds, very complete. Can not think what was missing in the house. Wonderfull terrace with stunning seaview

Heel fijn en mooi ingericht huis en dat van alle gemakken voorzien is. Een geweldig uitzicht op zee! Nog geen 5 (auto)minuten van zee en winkels. Heerlijk rustig gelegen.
