Description

Gulf Stream Villa is a large, luxury, modernised family villa in Les Issambres near Sainte Maxime, 5 minutes from Les Issambres village and the beach, with the most stunning views of the Mediterranean sea and the gulf of St Tropez and a direct view of the village of St Tropez across the bay.

There is one air-conditioned gym with running machine and cross trainer, and a second hot gym with treadmill, bike and abs trainer.

Our rental price is all inclusive. We don’t charge any extras. Towels, sheets, electricity, taxes and cleaning are included.

The 5 double bedrooms all have en-suite shower rooms and air-conditioning. The villa can accommodate 10 guests, with 12 as a maximum using the double sofa-bed in the tv snug.

A high chair and baby cot are provided for youngsters.

The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with black granite worktops and stainless steel fridge, cooker, microwave and coffee making machines.

The sitting room has Sky tv, Sky Sports, all UK tv and Apple TV and Amazon Price film streaming and a dvd library (Bond movies, Pink Panther, Disney etc).

The large private swimming pool has a cute Chat and Chill pool bar with fridge, Bluetooth speaker, cocktail shakers and an ice machine.

You'll enjoy quiet days in the sun on the 10 sun loungers by the pool

There is off street parking for 2 cars and on street for another 3 cars.

With two large South facing sun deck patios the villa is a wonderful place to spend a holiday with friends.

The 5 bedrooms all have "shabby chic" furniture, one has a French Queen Anne bed, another has a sleigh bed and all have french doors onto the garden.

The kitchen has a separate drinks fridge.

The interior dining room has a marble and smoked glass dining table seating 12. The exterior dining patio accommodates 12 guests with the magnificent view. The villa has Wi-fi throughout.

The large sitting room has 3 leather sofas and games: chess, Uno etc.

The ping pong table and boules pitch in the garden are fun.

It is set in a mature garden with Mimosa, Cork Oak and Eucalyptus trees, and fantastic views over the bay, the villa is quiet. No one overlooks Gulf Stream.

You can entertain your family and friends here. You have a fitted gas BBQ and hot air chip fryer too. In the evening chill out over a bottle of Provencal rose. You have a cute herb garden outside the kitchen. We provide gardeners and house keepers and pool men.

The villa is 5 minutes drive from the white sandy beaches of Nartelle and Les Issambres and there are two good supermarkets, a bank, a pharmacy, 3 bars and a boulengerie and butcher in the seaside village.

St Tropez is a 15 minutes public ferry ride away from Les Issambres port on the Bateaux Verte (return cost 15 Euros) which leaves every hour.

It takes 1 hour and 15 minutes to drive from Nice airport to the villa.

We also give 10% off the rental for our Beneteau Flyer 8.8m (2018) speed boat which is berthed in Frejus harbour, so you can snorkel and swim away from the traffic and motor to Pampelonne beach for lunch.

“Gulf Stream villa”

With a party of 7 for my 50th birthday and being part of a Japanese car club this was always going to be fun. On arrival the drive looked a little steep but accommodated our pride and joys no problem that was 4 cars. For us that was the most important bit lol. Once inside the villa we new this was a great choice. There was nothing you could of asked for to enhance your experience. The views are awsome. We got the barbaque lit up and the rest is history. Caroline who met us and give us the tour was lovely and very helpful and has good knowledge of the area. I would say it would be impossible to have a bad time here. We all agreed to come back in the future as it was a truly fantastic experience

How do damage deposits work?
