Eco Jardin apartment is housed on the ground floor of a characterful village house, (Maison du Pays) in an excellent location just 2 minutes walk from the Bellevue ski/bike lifts.

In the heart of Les Houches village, just 10 minutes by car from Chamonix town.

Within a short stroll you'll find everything you need! Shops, Boulangerie, lovely restaurants and other local amenities.

With excellent facilities which include an outdoor Hot Tub, infra red sauna, Wifi, multimedia, this pretty garden level apartment of 60m2 offers the ideal location from which to explore the Chamonix valley and Pays du Mont Blanc. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings summer or winter.

The living room is cosy and comfortable with 2 red sofa's set opposite each other and an extendable table that can seat 6 comfortably. The funky red kitchen is very well equipped and echoes the red sofa's! Complemented by cosy throws, hand-made blinds and cushions the Eco Jardin apartment is the perfect base from which to explore the Chamonix valley!

It is possible to rent just the Eco Lodge Jardin apartment or to rent the apartment in conjunction with neighbouring Eco Farm, perfect for larger groups.

In a great location just 200m from the Boulangerie , deli, ski shops, andsome restaurants, bars and the bus stop. The Supermarket and ski lifts too! Please note it's location in the heart of the village means the house is located next to the local village road. The apartment is on the ground floor and the second bedroom has a view of the steep banked garden.

Fully renovated to a very high standard, Eco Jardin has been finished with hand planed and brushed 'Chablais' wood panelling, oak floors, Heritage colours and decorated with faux fur throws and hand-made blinds and cushions. The bright red contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and includes an integral washer/tumble dryer, dishwasher, induction stove and is open plan through to the living and dining area. There are two good size bedrooms, both are ensuite and both enjoy hotel standard zip beds so we can offer comfy twins or Superking double rooms. The Master bedroom has an ensuite shower/wc and infra red sauna cabin! There is a large window with electric shutter blind. In both bathrooms we have used Italian limestone tiles.

The second bedroom is ensuite with a small bath, overhead shower and wc. This room looks out onto the banked garden area, it doesn't have a mountain view. In the summer enjoy the attractive albeit small garden area, with decking, 4 person hot tub, BBQ and garden furniture, perfect for al-fresco eating! See the photo page for some pictures. Eco features include Fermacel used in the construction, low energy lighting and excellent insulation.The apartment has a private parking space. We have a TV (no French TV or Satelite/cable )

The front door opens out to a decked area with chairs and table, charcoal BBQ, gravelled area and plants. There is a 4 person hot-tub open all-year-round and we provide crocs and swimming towels or robes for adults using the tub! Enjoy the lovely views with a glass in hand or dinner outside on warm evenings! In winter we have a heated ski shed for coats, boots and ski's/snowboards.

We accept well behaved dogs but not cats. An additional cleaning fee is charged for pets staying, this is 10 euros per week to cover the additional cleaning. Please remove bottles and rubbish to the local municipal bins and leave the kitchen very tidy. Thank you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gaby (the owner) a message.

If Gaby (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
