Located just 2 minutes walk from the Bellevue ski lifts apartment Eco LOFT is a well appointed, bright airy and apartment offering excellent SKI accommodation in the winter and in the summer the perfect location from where to explore the beautiful hiking and mountain biking that the Chamonix valley can offer.

This 65m2 apartment offers the style of a contemporary farmhouse with exposed beams in the roof apex and big velux windows. The natural oak floors and Heritage wall paints juxtapose the modern black leather furniture and funky grey fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher. There is an extended bar which provides the eating area and is open plan to the living and mezzanine.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one has a balcony and has an ensuite bathroom/wc) , a further shower and separate wc and an open mezzanine with twin beds. In the master bedroom is a 1 person sauna cabin (infra red)

The apartment is very light and airy. Magnificent mountain scenes are framed through the triangulated windows and super size velux's whilst a private balcony affords majestic views across to the tree lined sides of the valley, the ski and mountain bike runs of Les Houches and the Aiguillette des Houches!

Cleaning is included but please remove your rubbish and bottles to the municipal bins locally and leave the kitchen area tidy please.
Pets are allowed under certain circumstances and must be noted on the B/F and at the time of booking. Dogs are NOT allowed on furniture or in bedrooms.
Cats are not allowed i'm sorry.
Once booked we will need all guests to compete our own booking form.

“Great apartment and location”

Stayed in this apartment as a group of 6 adults for skiing at Les Houches. The size of the accomodation is probably one of the most clever designs of space I've ever stayed in with everything you need for any type of group. Only a couple of minutes walk to the bottom of the gondola and ski runs along with same distance to supermarket, bars, restaurants and main Chamonix bus.

How do damage deposits work?
