A cosy attached chalet in a quiet area of les gets, 3 mins drive to closest ski lift & 2 mins from well stocked local shop.positioned on the free ski bus route.

The chalet is set in the grounds of an old chapel, & accommodates 2-5 people.

The living area has comfy seating for 5 & large dining table also seating 5 .Flat screen DVD player and Wifi

Double doors to a balcony with a beautiful view overlooking the chapel & mountains. Gets full sun all day.

Small well stocked galley kitchen, four hot plates & oven,dishwasher ,slow cooker ,coffee machine,electric kettle.

Upstairs there is a small ensuite bedroomwith twin beds, [these can be pushed together to make a double bed] & a very spacious main bedroom with views . A king sized bed & one single sofa bed,please note bed linen & towels are not provided, but can be hired locally( information supplied on request) Two bathrooms with bath and shower. Enough hot water for 2/3 baths at the same time or 6 showers before the water has to heat up again.

There is private off road parking & the chalet has its own car port.

The skilift close to our chalet (perriere) has lots of parking and is never too busy. We normally go school holidays and never had more than 5 minute queue and in general none whatsoever.

I have been skiing here for over 35 years starting as a teenager and later with my own children. It is a great family resort but equally a good place to go with some mates and ski full out all day as it is part of the huge Portes du Soleil area incl Avoriaz. We like to go there as a couple, with our now teenage kids (4) or with another couple. The off piste is great for the more adventurous skier.

Les Gets is a fantastic summer destination too. There are beautiful mountain walking & cycling trails, a warm swimming lake & a host of activities close by, including rafting, canyoning & paragliding. The on & off road cycling is extensive, with the ski lifts adapted to carry bikes.

Very Good

“Lovely little chalet. Excellent host”

Right from the start of the booking Francisca was very helpful and friendly, providing all the information we needed for our stay. The chalet was very cozy and slightly quirky and we loved it for our group of 2 couples. It was warm and comfortable with an excellent supply of hot water. The kitchen had everything you needed for a self catering trip, including a coffee machine, slow cooker, fondue set and dishwasher. Although a little out of the village of Les Gets itself it was served by an excellent and very punctual ski bus, with a choice of 2 stops just 5 minutes away. I wasn't skiing so I walked down into the village every day, which is about 2 1/2 miles and was a very pleasant walk. It was the first time we'd been to Les Gets and I'd highly recommend it as a ski resort. It's a proper little village and not a soulless purpose built resort. We'd love to come back again in the summer as I imagine it's gorgeous then and perfect for walking.

I enjoyed a 10 day break here with husband, 12 & 15 year old children. Beautiful and quiet location. Always plenty of hot water after a busy day skiing! Chalet clean and had everything we wanted. Local shop was excellent if didn't want to go into town (30-35 minute walk or 5 minute drive). Les Gets itself has lots of shops, bakeries, butchers etc and good restaurants. Looking forward to staying here again.

I stayed in Les Gets with friends, it was my first time skiing and it was simply stunning. I was particularly impressed with the excellent bus service which meant I could get back and forth independently. The chalet was warm, cosy and well equipped. The views were really wonderful and I would love to return to enjoy the area and see more. Highly recommend it to any one

You instantly feel at home in this cozy chalet. Inside the chalet you have access to all the necessary equipment to live, eat, sleep and relax. The heating is working very good. The toilet is in a separate room parted from the two bathrooms. The WiFi has good connection. Given the perfect location on top of the hill your view from inside the chalet and on the balcony is breathtaking. You can choose whether you want to park your car in the outside air or under a roof. This is perfect for when it's snowing. Make sure you bring snow chains with you, because the road up to the chalet is steep. On the road to the chalet is a supermarket which is good for breakfast and all other meals. It's a 2 minute drive with the car or you can choose to take the bus or walk. The nearest skilift is only a 3 minutes drive away. The town Les Gets is very nice! It has good shops and nice restaurants.

How do damage deposits work?

If Francisca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
