“Completely unsatisfactory with poor customer service”
On first impression, I was very happy with the flat, but then the toilet broke and spilt water all over the floor in the apartment on day 2. After contacting the agency we were told they weren’t going to fix it until we left, so we had to deal with water all over the floor all week. When we used the bed sheets to mop up the huge water flow, we were then told by the agency that was unacceptable! Extremely unhappy with the level of the flat, and the response from the agency. Will not be using them again and will warn anyone off after our experience.
