Les Deux Alpes offers a large ski area with fantastic skiing for all abilities. From the amazing wide blue runs on the glacier to the challenging black runs and long off piste. The glacier provides a snow sure area for both Winter and Summer skiing. With the new blue run into resort opening for the 2016 season, skiers of all ability can now enjoy the long descent from the 3600m glacier to the resort at 1600 and below to the village of Mont de Lans (snow permitting).

In the Summer, there is no shortage of activities for groups and families alike. Famous for its VTT (mountain-biking) descents from the glacier into resort and to villages below, as well as summer skiing, kayaking, hiking, walking, ice caves on the glacier, outdoor swimming pools with the most amazing views, paragliding, the 9 hole golf course at the foot of the mountain and not forgetting the bouncy castles and trampolines which the younger visitors enjoy every year, there really is something for everyone.

Les Deux Alpes is situated in the Isere / Southern region of the French Alps. It is one of the oldest and most affordable of the French ski resorts and is famous for both its winter and summer season activities. It has an above average amount of sunshine as well as a great snow record (largely due to the resort height and the glacier), making it a superb place to enjoy a ski, snowboard, golf, mountain biking, cycling or walking holiday.

Les Deux-Alpes

Winter season - Altitude: 1650m. Highest lift: 3568m. Pistes: 225km. Lifts: 51. Large glacier to suit all skiing abilities and snow-secure throughout the winter season. Nearly as many black runs as red, loads of challenging off-piste and a world-class terrain park. The resort is also well suited to families and beginners with 45 beginner pistes. Summer season - Summer skiing on the glacier, snowpark (bordercross, DJ, BBQ, competitions), hiking, walking, 110km mountain biking / vtt, road biking near to the famous Alpe D'Huez, Col du Galibier, King of the Mountains climbs, family bike rides, 9 hole golf course (the course is just next to the apartment) with 40 bay driving range, heated outdoor pool, canoeing, paragliding, river-rafting, tennis, horse-riding centre. Lots of activities for children and teenagers in addition to the glacier-skiing - lake, luge / tobogan, trampolines, skate-park, scooter-park, swimming at the heated outdoor pool including baby pool, crazy-golf.

A superb moden chalet in a lively happening town with an exspansive ski domaine. Perfect location for getting up the mountain with red eggs only a 30s walk away.
