We will be following the cleaning protocol for hotels with high touch services and airing the property etc.

Ski La Source : Chalet Les Sorbiers is a detached, traditional style, timber Chocolate Box Chalet. It is perfectly positioned on the edge of the forests just above the mountain village of Les Coches, a vibrant ski station, at the heart of the Paradiski area. As night falls the lights from the surrounding mountain villages make for a magical setting to your holiday. The views from this chalet are stunning with Mont Blanc and the Alps stretching into the distance.

The village of Les Coches has an extremely friendly ambiance, there are no ugly high-rise apartment blocks, the architecture has been carefully controlled to provide a picturesque wood and stone mountain village with a car free centre.

The Chalet is not far from the piste, with easy access to the Village for ski hire, ski school meeting points, shops, bars, restaurants and the crèche. There is a small Supermarket, Butcher and Boulangerie in the Village who will deliver direct to your chalet. An excellent Pizza takeaway, with a free delivery service, so you can order your food by phone in English or French, a menu is in the Chalet Information brochure which will be delivered to the Chalet and you can than settle down for a quiet evening by the fire!

There is also a company who will deliver food already prepared and all you have to do it pop it in the over. They also offer a food shopping service. There are many restaurants and bars in the Village.

When it comes to the Skiing that is what this Chalet is all about, one chair lift up is all that is needed to ski to the link to Les Arcs. The nearest chair lift is only 200 metres ski away and you can normally ski back almost right to the Chalet door!

The chalet accommodation sleeps up to 8-10 people with 4 bedrooms consisting of:

This beautiful Chalet is privately owned, individually furnished and equipped to a good standard. The Chalet has French TV, DVD player, books and selection of games.

There are 3 parking space in front of the chalet.

It is a good idea to bring slippers or indoor shoes. Please note this is a non-smoking chalet, however you are welcome to smoke on the terrace outside. Sorry strictly no pets allowed.

A folder of information will be provided for your stay with information regarding the ski area, your apartment and the village with restaurant menus etc. Ski passes can be provided at a discount should you wish to take advantage of the discounts on offer. Ski Hire can be delivered and fitted at your apartment saving you time and effort. We will text you the door code at 16.00.

We don't have any rules regarding ages for Chalet Les Sorbiers. We do, however, recommend that you have a car if you have young children or beginners as this chalet is on an easy red run.

We will require a damage deposit of 300 euros on which will be refunded providing at the end of your holiday everything is ok.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Linda (the owner) a message.

If Linda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
