You have a house with five bedrooms, three bathrooms (one on each floor) with a kitchen next to the dining room. Where you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.
In winter, the free ski bus, about 400 meters to the Leogang-Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area is a paradise for snow lovers, of course, those who are not on the skis, there are plenty of options.You can really enjoy your holiday in this well-maintained cottage for 4-10 people.The holiday home has 5 bedrooms.
Three large bedrooms of about 12 m2 is located on the first floor. There is also a children's room of about 10m2, located on the first floor, with bunk beds. Two large bedrooms have a spacious balcony, from here you have a beautiful view of the mountains on the other side. The fifth bedroom is on the ground floor. On the first floor is a bathroom set with bath and washbasin. Separate from the bathroom is a toilet located close to three large bedrooms.Outside you can enjoy the tranquility of the spacious terrace and stunning views of the mountains and the ski Stein of Leogang. The vacation home is located near several hiking trails.
At a very short distance (400 m) from the house is a park bike / ski area.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jordi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
