Dopo un anno sabbatico con gestione di terzi ritorna la governance dei proprietari storici di Villa Mariella Pittorino, i quali riprendono con rinnovato entusiasmo la gestione, avendo apportato un restauro parziale nel giardino con la realizzazione di un gazebo rotondo con zona salotto ed un restauro al piano terra alle due sistemazioni: SLIEMA ( monoblu e bilocale blu ) e MEDINA ( mono verde e bilocale verde ) .

Dimora storica, massima tranquillita’, accoglienza cordiale e familiare , sono le caratteristiche principali di Villa Mariella Pittorino, situata a Leni, unica contrada dell’isola di Salina rimasta intatta, ancorata ai ritmi, alla calma ed ai silenzi originari isolani: una mulattiera, solo pedonale, completamente lastricata, conduce in 20 minuti al mare di Rinella, unica conca di sabbia di tutta l’isola, borgo marinaro, anch’esso molto autentico che conserva le tracce del passaggio di attori del calibro di Anna Magnani e Rossano Brazzi del film “Vulcano”, ivi girato negli anni ‘40. In alternativa vi è il bus locale che ogni 55 minuti va dalla spiaggia di Rinella alla piazzetta Pittorino, alle cui spalle si trova la struttura, e viceversa, percorrendo per 2.8 km la strada panoramica/provinciale .

Villa Mariella Pittorino e’ costituita da un edificio risalente alla fine del 1700, ricco di testimonianze storiche .

MONOBLU:

monolocale luminoso di circa 40 mq, soppalcato, con vista verso mare, affacciantesi sulla piazzetta, facente parte del piano terra di Villa Pittorino, con accesso dalla via Progresso n . 2 da cancello condiviso con i proprietari , composto da:

• angolo cottura completo di frigorifero, cucina a gas, forno a microonde, tavolo pranzo per quattro/sei posti

• comodo divano letto matrimoniale , guardaroba a muro

• soppalco con scaletta a chiocciola, 1.63 mt di altezza nel punto piu' alto , con letto matrimoniale a futon, adatto come letto supplementare per bimbi/ragazzi fino a 1,55 mt di h

• bagno interno con doccia

• TV, 1 ventilatore a pale a soffitto piu' uno da tavolo, wi-fi free

• terrazzino privato dotato di tavolo e sedie

• gazebo con tavolo per pranzo da 6/10 posti, in giardino recintato attrezzato con sdraio, barbecue, lettini da sole, ad uso esclusivo

• lavatoio, doccia supplementare esterna e lavabiancheria di uso esclusivo

• parcheggio recintato e gratuito nel comprensorio

Può ospitare 2 persone con possibilità di usufruire del letto a futon posto sul soppalco adatto per bimbi/ragazzi fino a 1,55 di h, con costo a parte.

Per richieste di transfer e colazione usufruiti prima delle ore 7.00 è previsto un supplemento una tantum di euro 5,00 a camera.

Sono a disposizione dei turisti, previa richiesta e disponibilita’, asciugamani da spiaggia ed ombrellone, per gli asciugamani da spiaggia sarà richiesto un supplemento di euro 2,50 a telo per il lavaggio/stiro finale che verrà effettuato dalla struttura.

Unico extra da pagare , se richiesto: Biancheria da letto/bagno/cucina euro 12,00 a pax ( facoltativo ) e per ogni cambio richiesto durante la locazione

Great garden, fantastic island

The beaches are not easy to reach from here, but buses regularly bring you there. The owners are kind, but a bit more attention would not be out of place. I would say that the place suits two. More is… More

Grazie mille per la bella recensione della famiglia Didier, che ci ha fatto molto piacere avere come ospiti. Precisiamo solo che è vero che non abbiamo rimborsato la notte non usufruita perche' così è previsto nel ns regolamento ( gli ospiti sono arrivati con un giorno di ritardo a causa del maltempo ), ma è pur vero che gli stessi sono stati omaggiati per ben tre volte e cioè: la terza persona, non prevista nella prenotazione pagata per 2, non ha pagato la somma di euro 12.00 per il terzo letto; la biancheria per la terza persona, pari ad euro 11,00 è stata un altro omaggio, il consumo dell'energia elettrica pari ad euro 5,00, che è un extra da pagare a parte, non è stato richiesto. Totale dell'omaggio euro 28,00, somma poco piu' superiore alla notte non usufruita, pari ad euro 26,00. Quindi riteniamo con questo omaggio di aver compensato la notte che gli ospiti non hanno usufruito.

We werden opgehaald bij de veerboot door de heer des huizes en daarna vriendelijk ontvangen. Fijn huisje met alles wat je op vakantie maar nodig hebt. Salina is prachtig maar/en erg rustig.
