The Beach House is conveniently located near to St. Ives, but remains a peaceful and relaxed village even in the height of summer. The Eden Project is within easy distance to visit for the day, as are many of Cornwall's tourist destinations. A great location, especially of interest to golfers, walkers, painters, ornithologists, kayakers, windsurfers and anglers.

New fully equipped kitchen including cooker, hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher, toaster and kettle. Well stocked with cookware and tableware. Solid oak work surfaces, ceramic sink positioned under a window with views over St Ives Bay. Open plan living area with double daybed sofa and two person Knowles settee. Free view TV and DVD player. Large selection of films and documentaries available on request.

Unlimited high speed infinity wifi connection.

Dining area with table and four chairs positioned by two windows with sea views
Fresh towels, bathrobes and bedlinen are provided. The property is thoroughly cleaned after each guest vacates. For stays of more than one week, all sheets and towels will be changed and the accommodation will be vacuumed.

High chairs and travel cot are available on request. The Beach House is suitable for children.

The Beach House is a truly stunning location for painters to experience the special 'light' of St.Ives Bay. The location inspired John Miller to paint world famous seascape and images of the views.

May to Aug is a good time for Anglers to fish for bass from the Beach. Kayakers and gig rowers are seen daily on the estuary. Hayle Towans on the opposite side of the estuary is a popular surfing, kite-surfing and wind surfing beach. The Hayle estuary is the most southerly estuary in the UK and the last stopping spot on mainland UK for migrating birds. It is therefore a RSPB reserve. Walkers can step out the door and walk the Hayle to St Ives section of the South West Coastal Route.

Location description from owner

The England region

There's so much to do, see and explore while on holiday in Cornwall.

With the longest stretch of contiguous coastline in Britain, you'll discover tiny Cornish fishing villages, smugglers coves, countless spectacular beaches and sweeping bays, dramatic cliffs and coastline, plus beautiful moorland and countryside and great quality local produce to taste.

Lelant

St Ives, the most famous of Cornish holiday towns, loved for generations, is easy to reach by road or by air and easy by train, too, along one of the most spectacular railway journeys in Britain to crystal blue waters, golden sands and a warm welcome. We nearly forgot the mild sub-tropical climate, warmed year round by the Gulf Stream!

Life here is cradled around the harbour where boats still land good catches of freshest fish for the local restaurants to nourish you with.

Brought ashore on the ancient granite quays, the catch is of the highest quality for your dinner plate or for the tables of some of Britain's finest restaurants. A maze of tiny cobbled streets to wander through, lined by fishermen's cottages, with a breathtaking seaside vista to greet you at the end of each one.
