Edinburgh City Centre is easily accessible from the apartment within 10 minutes by bus from the bus stop directly outside the apartment (Number 10). A taxi to the airport costs around £20 and for those travelling to Waverley around £7. A night bus service runs from the city centre and the Edinburgh Tour Bus departs from Ocean Terminal and runs past the apartment building.

THE APARTMENT:

The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 guests, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite).

The large main living room is open plan with a full kitchen and dining area. Entertainment wise there is a 40 inch flat screen TV and Playstation 3 with a selection of games (can also be used to play CDs, Blu-Rays and DVDs). Enjoy a game of Edinburgh Monopoly supplied complimentary for your use during your stay. This area leads onto the furnished balcony which is excellent for enjoying the sun. There are also televisions located in each bedroom, with DVDs. Complimentary WIFI is available during your stay. The apartment is located on the harbour peninsular so enjoy a walk along the seafront, the spectacular sunset and sea air.

The apartment has been extensively and tastefully furnished for your comfort with our upmost consideration with an open plan dining area for six, washing machine and dishwasher. All crockery required provided.

There is a complimentary welcome pack provided including toiletries, English Breakfast tea, Herbal tea, Coffee, Water, sugar, milk and Scottish biscuits. A bottle of celebration wine is also provided for your enjoyment.

Secure private parking is available and the building also has a secure entry phone. There is an elevator which means that the apartment easily accessible for wheelchair users.

“Outstanding spacious modern apartment”

Wonderful location with all amenities at hand to reach Edinburgh centre. Apartment extremely spacious, cosy and well equipped. Absolutely loved our time there and will definately return. The owner Mark and his dad Frank were very friendly and helpful, felt completely at ease at all times. Can't wait to return.

“Excellent accommodation”

This is a spacious, well maintained property. Well furnished with everything we needed for a toddler. Good location away from the main hustle and bustle of the city. There is a regular bus service nearby with buses every 10 minutes to Princes Street. Secure parking. Excellent, friendly communication from the owner. Would definitely stay here again.
