Welcome to my two double bedroom apartment at Thorntree Street, just off Leith Walk in Edinburgh as a base for you to enjoy the Edinburgh! The flat is on a quiet cup-de-sac so it is a peaceful base amongst the hub of the festival.
The flat has a large spacious Living/Dining room with a joining Study/Box room, a spacious L shaped hall leading to Two bright Double Bedrooms, fully equipped Kitchen and a separate shower and WC. There is free on street parking.

As far as location goes, you are a fifteen minute walk or bus ride into Edinburgh city centre, Waverley Train Station and St.Andrews Square. The frequent bus numbers twenty two and sixteen will take you up there for a coin or two and run day and night. Just around the corner are the eclectic and culturally buzzing bars, cafes and restaurants of Leith Walk plus the delightful shore area and Leith Links park.
If you are fairly tidy, respectful to my neighbours! and would like to rent out the apartment then you are welcome
