"Wonderful--Better than adverstised"
I had the pleasure of staying in this property and would not hesitate to recommend it to others and will surely look to use it when I have visitors in the future. The flat is extremely spacious, beautifully furnished and truly does feel like a home. The AV system is amazing and on a rainy day provides the perfect movie viewing experience. The hosts really have gone the extra mile to make this space comfortable and welcoming. The bed is comfortable and covered in high quality linens, and laundry is a breeze as there is a washer (and washing powder) at your disposal. The kitchen is stocked with everything and anything you'd need--including oils and spices--and makes preparing your own meals a breeze. If cooking isn't your thing, the flat is situated perfectly in Leith and has easy access to a variety of restaurants, bars, delis, and cafes. The parking was effortless and the flat is more than secure. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as a longer, corporate letter, and would highly recommend others consider this accommodation when considering a property in the city.

"A lovely spacious and well-equipped apartment"
The apartment is even slightly better than the photos, very well equipped - even with oil, condiments, etc. for cooking and washing powder! - very well located for restaurants and with easy access (by bus) to the city centre. The only negative we experienced was the noise that can be heard quite easily inside the apartment from some latecomers home. It is not a busy road, but whether from the street or on the stairs/hall for the apartment block, sound travels easily. Even then, it was probably only even a small issue because of us travelling with our children aged 1 and 4. On that note, the short flights of stairs in this open-plan living space might not be ideal for some little children, but we found it easy to police without being in the least bit paranoid for their safety.

"fantastic time great apartment great location"
Great time we came for the rugby. found the bus we needed to get into the city centre so once we had parked the car we could leave it for the rest of our time in Edinburgh. The bus stop was just around the corner from the apartment. Large tesco s close by so stocking up on a few groceries was easy. Lots of bars and places to eat if you did nt want to travel into the centre.
