The property is situated on a generous sized plot with Front and Rear Gardens, you have access to off street parking, the attention to detail in the Kitchen must be noted with soft close affect drawers, pullout storage larder, New World range oven with 8 Gas ring hobs and granite worktops, to the first floor is the well designed/ spacious Landing area which host 3 Good sized Bedrooms, the 11’ x 10’ approx Bathroom accommodates a free standing Bath and separate shower cubicle

This extensive building is located in the Family orientated area of Braunstone Town/ Leicester Forest East, there is a variety of local Shops within this area also having access to recreational & leisure Facilities, let's not forget the superb road links to the motorways, Leicester town centre and the king power stadium. If you enjoy shopping then fosse park is within close proximity, this complex hosts an array of stores. If you are looking for entertainment then Meridian leisure park can be easily accessed from here, there is plenty to do at Meridian with various restaurants on offer, fast foods, a bowling alley with amusements and a multiplex cinema

How do damage deposits work?
