Description

Welcome to our spacious apartment in the edge of the bustling city centre of Leicester. The apartment is on the door step of the DMU campus - Leicester city Centre. Our beautiful apartment has large windows running across each side of the spacious living room, giving lots of bright natural light and stunning views of the Canal and Castle Gardens. The home has many touch of quirky and personal touches.

You get the best of both worlds here - being in the hub of a central urban location of the city, with nature on your doorstep too! There's a gorgeous park right outside, perfect for taking a lovely evening romantic walk or use the Canal side bench to read, write or catch a breath.

City Centre is within walking distance, Braunstane Gate is 2minutes walk where you will find independant cafes, bars and restaurants. Soar Point is a favourite local bar or if you fancy a quick game of pool, it is located next door (Potential for noise on some nights).

You'll have the entire place to yourself which has a double bedroom, kitchen, living room and of course a bathroom. You'll love relaxing on the large comfy sofa where you can put your feet up and either watch the world go by from the large bright windows, or zone out with the large TV complete with freeview & netflix. The large living room is a great space to hang out, with a desk space to catch up on evening work if required. The space is well catered for couples, solo travellers or business trips. There's also fast Wi-Fi available for all guests.

You'll be able to use the kitchen which is fully equipped with utensils if you fancy putting something together or to pop something in the oven and relax. Get comfy and relaxed hanging in the living room or enjoy the breathtaking views from the bedroom.

You have access to the entire apartment that has Wifi, 28 inch TV. Basic cookery and cutlery is provided to stir something together. Feel free to help yourself to Tea, Coffee & Sugar.

Our professional management team will assist with anything at any time - the entire apartment will be yours.

There's something for everyone. We're on the doorstep of Leicester City Centre just above the recommended Soar Point which is a lovely bar. De Montfort University is a 30 second walk with a large Tesco’s, gym, swimming pool, bars, restaurants and much more within a few minutes walk. The apartment is also situated in a cultural spot of the city, with the The Newarke Houses museum just a stone's throw away!

On-street parking is free after 6pm, and just £2 for 3 hours during the day.

There is also £3 all-day parking available around a 5 min walk away.

Leicester train station is a short 15 minute walk.

How do damage deposits work?
