Villa Despina 2 is located just ten minutes' drive from the famous Preveli beach and monastery, often referred to as one of Crete's best places. Quiet and peaceful, yet only ten minutes from Plakias resort and twenty minutes from the larger resorts such as Rethymno, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. At a distance of 2 Km is located the restaurant Despina, which belongs to the same owners as the villa and offers a variety of traditional Cretan food.

The villa benefits from its stunning views to the mountains and the Libyan Sea. It is said that the view of the sunset is one of the most beautiful all over Crete.

The villa is a two storey building, with the kitchen and the livingroom upstairs on the first floor and at the groundfloor there are the 3 bedrooms. Two of them have sea and mountain view and the third only mountain view.

Leading from the living room to the south, there is a spacious terrace with stunning views to the Preveli Monastery and to Plakias, Damnoni, Souda and Frangokastello, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. At the north side there is another terrace with mountain view. The downstairs balcony has a big place for relaxing as well, as well as enjoying the view to the beach and the mountains.

There is a barbeque at the yard and a big garden for games outside along side the swimming pool.

Bus stop to Rethymno-Preveli-Plakias at a distance of 70 meters from the villa.

    Perfect house with outstanding sea and mountain view.Also itis a perfect location where you can explore the whole island of Crete and it is also ideal for relaxing with your family.Fully recommend it.
