The luxury Varko villa of Aeriko sets a high standard when it comes to comfortable and lavish accommodation in Lefkada. It is nestled among the verdant gardens of the complex, with an additional sense of privacy thanks to its location. It enjoys romantic views of the Ionian Sea and the nearby beach of Agios Ioannis from its balconies.

Varko Villa’s interior abides by the earthy colors and tones, with an exquisite wooden, monastery-style dining table on its first floor. The golden sand of Lefkada and the sunlight of summertime have been the inspiration for its wonderful design, reflected elegantly on the bedroom’s furniture. The master bedroom features a handmade iron bed, while the secondary bedroom offers two elaborate plush beds. It is an excellent accommodation option for families who seek privacy and tranquility during their vacation.

Varko Villa possesses a distinctive character, carefully-styled across the two 40m2 floors, while the villa can accommodate up to 6 visitors. Upon entering, a spacious open-plan living room and a conjoined modern, fully-equipped kitchen welcome you.

Upstairs, the comfortable master bedroom and the secondary bedroom feature plush beds and private balconies. Varko Villa offers two separate bathrooms, one on every floor for more convenience. Furthermore, right outside the unit, the verdant garden, the furnished patios and the sun terrace leads to the crystalline swimming pool. The pool is also kid-friendly, as it has a gradual depth of 0.90m to 1.70m and expand in 8x4 meters.

Architecture and Design

The wonderful two-storey luxury villa incorporates the minimal lines, elaborate roof cornices and ledges of the Lefkadian architecture. The villas’ sunlit balcony and covered terrace provides a very comfortable outdoor relaxation area for the guests too.

Additionally, the upscale complex blends harmoniously with the surrounding nature; low stone fences, well-trimmed gardens and cozy grass areas gently separate every unit from the common areas for an enhanced sense of privacy.

Aeriko villas occupy a superb sea front position on Agios Ioannis beach. Facing to the North West they receive a refreshing sea breeze from the Ionian. The breeze is captured now by a new generation of windsurfers and kitesurfers and is becoming one of the most popular location in the Ionian Islands for these sports.
