Description

The Tops 4 is a 4 bedroomed self contained self catering apartment which comprises of the whole of the 1st and 2nd floors in a large terraced house.

It has a double bedroom with a double bed, 2 large twin bedded bedroom, and a single bedroom. There is a lounge a bathroom with bath and shower, 2 toilets, and a kitchen.

It has full gas central heating with instant hot water.

The apartment is fully equipped for self catering with pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware provided. All bed linens and towels are also provided inclusive in the price. TV, DVD player, radio, and free unlimited access to WiFi.

The prices quoted do not include the gas and electricity which is paid for as it is used in £1 coin meters that are in the apartment.

Getting around

Buses run from the bottom of the street and Headingley railway station is only a short walk away.

Interaction with guest

On arrival day the Guest should contact us and we will arrange to meet them at the address with the keys. The personal touch is always present at The Tops, and guests are met on arrival, shown round the accommodation, and met again on departure. It would be helpful if they also contacted us earlier and advise us what time this is likely to be. The Tops was established in 1980 and is recommended because unlike hotels and guest houses our apartments have the advantage of being self contained and private and they are virtually a home away from home. Ideal for visitors who are in Leeds on holiday, visiting friends, or on business. Graded 3* by Visit England

“Excellent stay!”

Our stay at Park Mount was very positive. You have everything you need and it's just 10 minutes by train to the centre. In addition, Mr Merton, was really really helpful. He prepared a cosy cot for our baby and when we needed him most he was there to get out of his way to help us. I definitely recommend this place and would surely go back in the future!

Very nice place to stay in Leeds, even for longer than just a few days. The Tops 4 are more than worthy to recommend it! The owner, Mr. Miles - he's the Gentlemen ready to help you!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
