Stoke Villas is a fabulous, fully refurbished Victorian Townhouse set over 3 floors with 5 double bedrooms sleeping up to 17 guests (plus additional guests on sofa beds and bed chairs if required). The property has 3 high specification bathrooms, a dining room boasting a pair of splendid large solid oak tables seating up to 22 and a super fun games room that really tops this property off offering table tennis, pool and card games plus the facility of an outdoor hot tub (at an additional hire cost depending on size and specification) if desired.

The 5 double bedrooms offer superior quality crisp cotton linen and fresh white towels with king size doubles or twin single beds depending on your preference. Each room also offers sleeping arrangements for a 3rd or 4th person and a bed settee and bed chair within the large lounge allows additional flexibility for extra guests.The property has 3 high specification modern bathrooms with 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floors all with fitted showers with the main bathroom to the upper floor having the addition of a large 'P' shaped bath as well as the showers.

The modern ground floor kitchen features a 5 burner range style gas cooker with double oven, a washing machine, dishwasher and a large American style fridge freezer as well as all the basics you would expect to make your stay comfortable. The mood lighting fitted under the wall cupboards and units completes the look in this classically stylish kitchen.

The living room, also on the ground floor has a large John Lewis corner sofa, a 2 seater sofa and armchair with the 2 seater and chair also doubling as bed settee's if required plus additional seating in the form of occasional pouffes and chairs. The room has a wall mounted TV featuring an X box and DVD player with French doors opening on to the raised timber terrace going out into the rear garden.

To the rear of the property off the kitchen is a large heated conservatory to enjoy your morning coffee as the sun comes up or have fun playing table tennis, pool and card games!

Our prices are for up to 17 people but we can accommodate a few more people within the bedrooms on futon style bed cubes and we have a John Lewis bed settee and bedchair within the lounge with the additional guests over 17 being charged at a rate of £25 per week/part week per head or we charge £25 per set of additional bedding requested.

If you would like to bring along a pet for your stay this is possible at no extra rental cost subject to an additional £250 pets deposit..

Getting around

With regards to public transport the nearest train station is Portsmouth Harbour which is located next to the Gosport/Portsmouth Ferry. This passenger ferry is then a short 5 minute ride across the water and then you are an approximate 5 minute taxi ride to the house with a taxi rank in front of where the ferry disembarks We also have the nearby Fareham station which is an approximate 6-8 mile distance and an approximate 20 minute drive out of peak hours and should be avoided during rush hour if possible

“Superb comfortable house”

We booked this house for our son's passing out from HMS Sultan., The location for that was just perfect, and we could easily walk to Gosport to get the ferry over to Portsmouth. The house was clean and well equipped and had everything that we required. It did take a a little time for the house to heat up, but it was exceptionally cold at the time. The pool/games table was fantastic and we certainly enjoyed lots of games of pool. We didnt visit any of the restaurants nearby, prefering to enjoy our time in the house. We ordered Chinese takeaway, (through an app) and that took no time to arrive, and was delicious. So a very enjoyable weekend spent with family in a great house. Thank you.

Stoke Villas is the perfect house for a group event. The house is well located and has everything on hand to make your stay pleasant. Lee, the owner was extremely helpful and on hand to answer any question we had. We had a few hiccups along the way - out of everyone's control, but Lee was there to help and was very patient and work hard to ensure we had a good stay. Which we did. The layout of the rooms is perfect and the house was perfectly clean. We had an amazing time celebrating my sister's hen party and the house very much paid part in this. Can definitely recommend this house.

Wow....!! Amazing house for a group of friends to get together for my hubby's 40th!! Was clean tidy and all the amenities you could ask for....!!! Rooms are spacious and plenty of room to all cosy up and chill out!!! Highly recommend!!! Thank you Mandy, lee and all the guys at complete holiday for making it such a great weekend and easy to book xxx
