Whether it be a family get-away or an action packed week away amongst friends, this chalet will cater to your needs. Weekend prices now available!

A 5min car/bus ride to local amenities and a mere 20 mins into the centre of chamonix, you will have the advantage of being on the unspoilt and peaceful outskirts of town.

This superbly located chalet has breath-taking northern views onto a Glacier and southern views down the valley towards Mt Blanc. World renowned ski resorts are all accessible between 10 mins walk or 25 mins car/bus ride from the chalet.

From the doorstep there are scenic footpaths down into the centre of Chamonix and if you would like to venture further, the local train station is a mere 20 min walk from which you can catch the 'Mt Blanc express' which will take you into the Chamonix centre, or into nearby Martigny, Switzerland. What is more, within an hour, through the Mt Blanc tunnel you can be in Courmayeur, Italy.

I stayed here with my three oldest children February 2020. The apartment was absolutely spot on for us! Clean and well presented. The lifts are only a short walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you Jonathan and thank you Aude for sorting out the laundry.

Owner's reply: Dear Sir, Thank you for your feedback. As per our last message, I am truly sorry you felt your stay did not meet your expectations. We endeavour to ensure all guests feel welcomed, are looked after and have all the necessary provisions to enjoy their stay. Admittedly, the fridge should have been left completely empty, ironically the owner left the wine as he thought you may appreciate this upon arrival as a welcome. I have already spoken with the housekeeper and asked that she use a double dose of detergent and fabric softener in the future. We'll also be looking into the reports of traces of Mould on the wall, and taking all necessary steps to remove it and clean it. Whilst this is the first negative review we've had, please rest assured that we shall address the issues you mentioned and ensure our standards remain high, to reflect the continued positive reviews we've had to date. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jonathan (the owner) a message.

If Jonathan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
