“Le Praz skiing 2019-2020”

This is the 4th year I’ve visited Le Praz and Stayed st Stephane’s apartment. It remains the ideal location for myself, my wife and our two children to base ourselves in Courchevel. The new Le Praz lift station can be seen from the apartments balcony and is a flat 2 minute walk. There is a locker in the boot room for ski storage. The apartment is ideal for 4 people and is very well equipped. The only disadvantages are 1) bedroom sizes are tight but are very comfortable 2) the allocated parking space is a difficult swing which is fine for a 3 series BMW Touring but very hard with anything larger 3) Le Praz is really only skiable down to for higher level intermediate upwards skies but the upgraded bubble caters for anyone below that ability. Without doubt it would be hard to match or better this apartment for in the 3 valleys on a quality for value ratio.

Very smart apartment, comfortably furnished with a modern interior, bathroom/shower finished to high standard including jacuzzi bath. Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and dryer. Beds were comfortable although so large there was very little room around the outside. Great location next to a nice lake, lift station and lovely restaurant, only a short walk into the centre of the village.

Owner's reply: Dear Sara, Thank you for your stay and for the comments sent In the living room there is space for 5 persons (sofa 160cm for 3) chair and footsol, of course if you are 6, one more seat of the dining room can be used as additionnal chair. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end siemens products and I will add some explanations in the home book to explain all the functions. It can be sometimes helpfull :-) For the bedrooms, we have made a clear choice to provide a very comfortable sleep to our guests with king size beds more than space in the room. Nevertheless, you can change clothes sides of the beds (closets each side of the bed). Thanking you again for your valuable comments, I wish you an happy new year, best regards stephane

How do damage deposits work?
