Canonica is a cozy apartment within Camporsevoli, a private Tuscan medieval hamlet. Newly restored and fully furnished, it is complete with all the essentials including an outdoor space and BBQ and small garden and shared pool, perfect for hosting families or friends. The apartment is fully equipped with all the comforts of your own home, allowing for the ideal 'home away from home' rental whether you decide to stay pool side or spend your days sightseeing in the nearby surroundings.

Located on the first floor – second floor for Anglo-Saxons – of the “Villetta”, the hamlet’s central building, it is accessed via an internal staircase. It has a spacious living room with an old cast iron wood-burning stove and a comfortable dining area, a large well-equipped kitchen complete with a 5 stovetop burner and electric oven and three bedrooms sleeping a total of five guests: one master bedroom, one double bedroom (which opens onto the living room) and a single bedroom. The rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is fully equipped with wifi and satellite TV. Upon request, we can also provide all the necessities to host small children and babies.

We live in Camporsevoli during the summer months and are always available to meet and greet you upon your arrival, help with any organization and trip planning and to help with any unforeseen problems that may arise. Valentina is a founding partner of One Step Closer, a company based in Florence, that has distinguished itself during its many years of activity for its professional tour and activity organization in Tuscany and throughout Italy. Valentina is also an art historian, has collaborated with the Education Department of Florentine Museums, and is an official tour guide of Florence.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Valentina (the owner) a message.

If Valentina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
