fantastic property with everything you need. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, enchanting gardens.

“A remarkable house, secure for kids, perfect for entertaining”

Great Stay. Great Place. Large Iron Gates provide perfect security to 5-10 acres of private property 20 minutes from old Le Mans. Located in charming village with Tabac, Bakery, Bar. Quintessentially France. House also has secure modern barns for parking your favourite toys. The garden / orchard area is plush and perfect for reading, playing, eating, drinking, relaxing. House is well suited for a family, or 2 families, a group of friends. Will be staying here again.

Owner's reply: Hi there! Thanks for your review! We love that the house is on the edge of such a lovely village too, and enjoy being able to wander to the bar, butchers, Sunday market, etc. We hope to welcome you back to Le Petit Bos again soon.

“Wonderful Easter spent in the beautiful 'Le Petit Bois', everything catered for a perfect holiday.”

A beautiful house set in a delightful secure peacefull garden. We entered the property via electronic gates into the beautiful court yard. The house itself is an old stone 'Maison de Maitre' with beemed ceilings and open fires. The kitchen is large with a lovely range cooker, although most of our meals were cooked on the huge BBQ in the garden. We visited old Le Mans and the stunning cathedral, and the children were delighted when we took them to the Motor Museum to see many of the cars that had taken part in the famous 'Le Mans 24hour' race. On days out we visited the beautiful Loire Valley , the Alpes Mancelles and of course Paris which took only 1.1/2hours on the TGV. This was a wonderful holiday spent in a glorious part of France in a house which is obviously someones beautiful home and not just a holiday let !

Owner's reply: Many thanks for your review. We are so happy that you enjoyed your time at Le Petit Bois. It is indeed a beautiful property and a lovely comfortable home for your holiday. We hope to see you back again soon.
