As well as a truly unspoilt beach and harbour, Laxey boasts idyllic glens, a vibrant village with boutique shops, an abundance of pubs and eateries, a miniature steam train, a tram station, a mountain railway and the Largest working water wheel in the world. “Brilliantly equipped, well thought out accomodation”

Reviewed 3 Dec 2013

We spent a short break visiting family nearby. The apartment provided an excellent base. We were impressed with the standard of the accommodation and the thought that had gone into making sure that everything necessary was provided. We did not think the photos on trip advisor did the place justice, but apparently these are going to be updated. Would thoroughly recommend this accommodation - super clean, super comfortable, super high standard and excellently equipped. We were in the upstairs apartment and the stairs would not be suitable for a learning to walk toddler for example, but fine for my infant school age niece.
