Thank you for your interest in our gite , at the moment our base price is 2021 July / August 2021. Because of the pandemic many of our returning holiday makers were unable to visit this year. Some have left their deposit so that they may return in 2022. We are allowing these guests to chose their holiday weeks, we should have a clearer picture by the end of November, so that we can adjust our calendar accordingly.

Our old Quercy Blanc stone built gite and pottery is located in a tranquil, rural location in the beautiful Tarn et Garonne region of S.W. France.

The area has much to offer, rolling hills, medieval villages to explore, local markets and music festivals. Nearby Lauzerte is listed as one of the 'plus beaux villages de France'.

Our pretty and well equipped two bedroomed (one bedroom is a large open mezzanine) gite.

Our 10 x 5 metre private pool heated by solar panels (pool depth - shallow end 1 metre, deep end 2 metres) overlooking stunning views of the Seoune Valley. We have covered terraces for alfresco dining, a summer house overlooking the pool with table tennis. BBQ and boules. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Boulangeries, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and lakeside beaches are all within a ten minute drive.

Interaction with guest

On arrival you will find a welcome pack of essential provisions for your first evening, fresh milk, bread, tea, coffee, sugar etc. The owners Bruce Balsom and English potter Daphne Garritt, live on site all year round and are available to assist, and guests are welcome to visit the pottery workshop. The site allows us to give guests total privacy, so that you have the best of both worlds. Although this is deepest rural France, recently our area obtained fibre optic broadband and we now enjoy a surprisingly good internet service . In 2019 we are installing both washing machine and dishwasher for our guests convenience.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bruce (the owner) a message.

If Bruce (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
