Description

Villa Maria Latchi is a bungalow type tranquil villa, not far from the local beaches and only a breath away from Latchi Cyprus, with a large private pool, unique gardens and really spacious for a family or party of up to seven persons.

This fully equipped, detached and air-conditioned rental property consists of three bedrooms (a seventh folding bed can be provided on request) and it is all set in one level, so as to turn your holiday comfortable and relaxing.

Layout:

Villa Maria Latchi features an open plan modern kitchen, fully equipped, which is linked to the lounge and dining areas. Patio doors open to the private pool and sunny terraces, as well as to the BBQ area with the necessary dining al fresco facilities alongside. One of the bedrooms is the master bedroom with double bed and the other two are twins with singles. The three of the bedrooms share in between two family bathrooms.

Pool and Terraces:

In the middle of the garden is located a charming large pool (9m X 5m), with sunny terraces surrounding it, hidden by beautiful flowers and plants, and this aspect ensures that this particular part of the property enjoys the sun during all the day. The easy proximity to all local amenities from this tranquil, villa in Latchi Cyprus and the elegant facilities offered can only promise a memorable and relaxing holiday away from it all, with exceptional privacy and quiet saroundings.

Note:

Owner is going to proceed with a major renovation of the place for the summer 2018! This will take place this winter and will finish to be ready for the start of the summer season in March 2018.
