Just arriving at this villa and seeing the magnificent views over Chrysochou Bay and Latchi Harbour will without doubt put you in the mood to enjoy the holiday of a lifetime.

The villa is located within the scenic setting of the Akamas Peninsula in Southern Cyprus, nestled on a sun-drenched hillside with breathtaking views.

Take a deep breath and feel the ambience of this amazing villa as soon as you step inside.

The villa is modernly furnished to a high standard with furnishings carefully hand-picked with the help of celebrity interior designer Linda Barker and is complete with a private pool and landscaped garden.

Downstairs, the villa features an open-plan living area which enjoys spectacular sea views along with soft furnishings, satellite TV, a DVD player and an open fireplace. The dining area seats 6 and the contemporary kitchen features all main appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A double bedroom and separate bathroom with shower and bathtub is also located on the ground floor.

A marble staircase leads up to the first floor to a further two bedrooms, one twin and one double. There is also a family bathroom upstairs.

Outside the villa you will find a spacious and sunny garden area with 8m x 4m private pool and a variety of plants and trees. There is ample space for sunbathing and dining and an open first floor balcony area, where the late afternoon sun can be enjoyed.

This villa is magnificent in every way and located in one of the most picturesque areas of Cyprus.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
