This is a stunning 1 bedroom apartment, furnished to a very high standard.

The living area is open plan and has a 3 seater settee (which can be made into a 3rd bed) in high quality white leather, a coffee table and dining table and chairs. There is also a flat screen TV showing English TV Stations , including BBC1 and Skynews,and a separate DVD Player.

The fully fitted kitchen has granite worktops, oven and hob (with extractor), fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.

The private roof terrace is accessed by a marble staircase, and has a Jacuzzi , BBQ and sunbeds for your use.

PLEASE NOTE OUT OF SEASON ALL FACILITIES ARE NOT OPEN AND IT CAN BE VERY QUIET ON THE COMPLEX

The resort has a large outdoor pool, a separate children's pool (which is covered by a sun protection shade against the intense sunrays), each surrounded by ample sun beds.

There is also an indoor heated pool, beach volleyball court, tennis court, gym, sauna & steam room available for guests to use, for just a further €20 per week (payable upon arrival at the Reception).

The location was of the house i perfect, has an amazing view of Latchi and Akamas. The house was clean and tidy, with a Jacuzzi. This pent house is the perfect choice for your holidays.
