Capers is located in the peaceful, exclusive area of Latchi, just 300 metres from the sea and the beautiful Akamas Bay . A short distance away are the famous 'Baths of Aphrodite' and the untouched beauty of the Akamas National Park. The nearby fishing village of Latchi is renowned for its excellent tavernas serving fresh fish and traditional Cypriot dishes.

This comfortable and luxurious villa is just a 5 minute stroll away from the beach. It is set in its own spacious gardens (1000 sq.m. plot) and borders open countryside at the rear; sea and mountain views are enjoyed from the balconies. The 8m x 4m private pool has a safety fence, invaluable for those with children, and is surrounded by lawns, sun terraces and a BBQ / shaded terrace. The villa is furnished to a high standard and benefits from full air conditioning and central heating, ensuring a comfortable stay in any season. Toddler friendly - the villa is well equipped for young children, with a cot, high chair, stair gates, toys and changing mat all provided.

The rental tarrif is fully inclusive of A/C, wifi, linen, towels (including pool towels), high chair, cot and welcome pack. There are no additional charges.

The large 8m x 4m private swimming pool has a ladder leading into the shallow end. There is a specially designed children's safety fence surrounding the pool with a self closing gate.

The gardens feature a large lawned area and several terraces, including shaded areas, perfect for outdoor dining on balmy evenings.

The garden is bordered by mature flowering shrubs and fruit trees bearing lemons, mandarins and pomegranites, depending on the season.

“Fabulous Villa, lovely peaceful location”

Have just returned from our trip to Capers Villa - lovely peaceful location. The villas was excellently equipped with everything you would need. Pool and gardens were lovely and well kept. Fiona was very helpful through booking process. Took several trip out to Coral Bay, Pegeia, about an hours drive, fab beach and some lovely restaurants. Also took a trip to Paphos which was just a nice. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

“Excellent toddler friendly Villa”

Had a lovely stay here with my wife and 18 month old boy. The fenced off pool was a god send and allowed us to relax a little more than we would of. My little lad had such a great time exploring the secure garden. Lots of nice places to eat in Latchi and surrounding areas. The Villa was well equipped and the owner was very helpful throughout. It was a very quiet and relaxing holiday for us and we would visit again!

“Great villa in lovely location”

We stayed at Capers with our two year old daughter and had a lovely time. The villa is fully equipped, everything we wanted/needed we found even a torch for late walks back from Latchi!! The garden and pool are great for relaxing and the gated pool made our holiday complete as we didnt have to worry about our two year old running around. It was great to be able to walk to Latchi and enjoy some lovely meals. The people in the restaurants were very friendly and obviously very use to children. We had a lovely time.

My wife and I have just returned from a stay at Capers.It was exactly as described by previous reviewers and by the owners.Everything was first class.The location,the layout of the villa,the decor,the facilities,the garden and the swimming pool. The villa is located a 5 minute drive outside Latchi in a discrete development.It was very peaceful during our stay.There is a marvellous view from the garden towards Latchi and the distant hills and a view to Neo Chorio on the other hillside.these views are across open fields with trees. There were sea views from the upper storey bedrooms combined with views over the well tended garden and excellent pool,both maintained to a high standard,as well as the views previously described. The villa is well appointed and has every utensil and facility you would require for a holiday stay The location is excellent if you want to chill out and yet near enough to Latchi with its lovely harbour and excellent restaurants and bars.It is just the right mix.Not too commercialised and retaining it's Greek flavour A short trip to Aphrodite's Baths is worth the short drive. to enjoy a coffee or beer and enjoy the panorama. This was one of the best holidays we have had superb location,lovely well equipped villa and warm November sun. The description on the website is 100% accurate and Fiona is very helpful and friendly. “Perfect relaxing holiday with young children”

We visited Capers Villa in October 2011 with my parents, our 4 month old and our two year old. The weather was lovely in October (about 25 / 26 degrees - lovely for the children) and the was villa fantastic for kids with a large garden and fenced in pool. In the garage were lots toys perfect for our toddler (water play table, inflatables, lots of trucks and cars, buckets and spades...) this meant that we didn't need to leave the villa if we didn't fancy, and could have a gas BBQ and sit on one of the three patios to eat and relax (and follow the sun around the house!). The villa was very well equiped for children with stair gates, travel cot and bedding, cupboard full of toys and games, kids DVDs. Beach towels are provided which saves so much space in the suitcases and there are mosquito nets on windows and doors so you do not have to worry about the children getting bitten by bugs at night. The villa is so quiet and overlooks the coast from the upstairs balcony with the mountains all around. We hired a car easily from a local company which was a real necessity with the children, and meant we could travel to some lovely parts of the island, but there were some lovely restuarants and shops within a couple of minutes drive of the villa. We would highly recommend the villa for a quiet, relaxing holiday, especially if you have children and we would definately love to return in the future.

“Perfect for a family holiday”

We had a fantastic time in Cyprus and this villa gave us the perfect base. With young children we really appreciated the safety fence around the pool, meaning we could relax knowing the kids couldn't fall in. Great location close to the sea, with a well tendered garden. We'd certainly stay again.

How do damage deposits work?
