An immaculate privately owned contemporary villa set in secluded well-maintained gardens with private pool. The setting is a quiet hillside overlooking Latchi Harbour. From the pool, lounge, bedrooms and sun terraces there is the most fabulous view of Latchi and the 30 miles of Chrysochou Bay beyond.

All your self-catering needs are provided for. A very well equipped kitchen, satellite TV including numerous English Movie & Entertainment channels, free Wi-Fi, DVD Player, docking station for music players, Wii games console, key operated safe etc. As our guest you'll benefit from an exclusive privilege card saving you 10-20% at local bars, tavernas and water sports.

The nearest taverna is two minutes walk away. Latchi Marina with its shops, restaurants and beaches are right at the bottom of the hill. There's also the old village of Neo Chorio within walking distance for yet more choice of places to eat and a local well stocked shop.

This is an ideal location for a family holiday. Our family run agents Paul, Andrea & Brad will be on call 24 hours to make sure your holiday goes as smoothly as possible, and provide an friendly greeting service to get you oriented on your first morning.

“Beautiful, relaxing stay with everything you need”

We had a wonderful holiday at Bayview. We arrived early evening, the instructions to the villa were spot on and we got there with no trouble and into the villa without any problems at all. The villa was immaculate, there were basic provisions in the fridge and a lovely lemon drizzle cake waiting for us with a welcome letter with contact details, wi-fi instructions and helpful information. The greeting meeting the next morning was extremely thorough, very informative and really useful for our stay. The villa location high up off the road gives the most beautiful view and is a really peaceful setting but you need a car. Latchi is a quiet lovely little harbour and for us it was just enough. There are lots of lovely restaurants there and in the surrounding villages. Sitting on the roof terrace early evening was wonderful! We highly recommend it and would definitely return.

We spent two wonderful weeks in the second half of october (a couple with two daughters 6 and 8y) together with friends who rented the villa just beside. Stephen kindly arranged that. All the time we lived on terrace, balcony and pool; including several BBQs. Only for sleeping we went inside. The villa was proper an well prepared. As a welcome we found a homemade cake from Andrea, the friendly and helpful manager from the supervising agency. For runners an ideal place to have fun on the Akamas Peninsula who begins just at the northern boundary of Neo Chorio, 1 km away. The garden was well maintained with diverse big trees and many flowering plants. Our little girls enjoyed the pool very much, but at the end of october it became a little bit cold. After 5 minutes of bathing we have to warm up in one of the deckchairs. That was the only thing feeling it was autumn. If it is allowed to place a wish we would like to have the big table in front of the kitchen and the small one on the upper terrace/balcony. Would be easier for the meals. In general: We will come back, very relaxing trip. Thanks to Stephen!

How do damage deposits work?
