Luxury air conditioned studio apartment located on the newly built 5 star resort of Latchi Panorama and Akamas Health Spa.

The living area has two luxurious white leather sofas and a LCD flat screen TV with DVD player for you to relax and unwind.

The apartment has one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Also a well equipped kitchen for your self catering needs or you can if you prefer dine at the Panorama Restaurant.

Outside the apartment has private sun terraces to both the front and rear of the property, providing both sun and shade thoughout the day, overlooking landscaped private gardens.

Latchi Panorama is located in the quiet hillside of Droushia just outside of the picturesque fishing village of Latchi. The resort is just a 40 minute drive from Paphos International Airport and 20 minutes from Paphos Harbour and Town. The popular beach of Coral Bay is just a 20 minute drive also.

Within the local area of Latchi there is a small fishing village with a large selection of restaurants and bars on the harbourside with a range of shops and supermarkets. Latchi beach also offers a wide range of watersports.

Latchi Panorama offers ultimate luxury in a beautifully appointed 5 star Resort, . It offers stunning views of the beautiful Akamas National Park Latchi and is in a peaceful setting that is perfect for a relaxed vacation.

The famous Aphrodite's baths are also nearby for you to visit, with lots of walks taking in the breathtaking scenery.

The location of the resort has a breathaking view of Chrysochous Bay, just a few minutes from the Akamas National Park. It offers the best possible for hiking, biking, sailing, fishing and scuba diving lovers.

NB: We advertise the studio as sleeping 3 maximum. There is one bedroom, however upon request 2 x folding beds or cots can be made available for children in the living area.

Welcome pack can also be provided on request for your arrival.

A brand new luxury studio apartment, furnished to a very high standard.

The living area is open plan with marble flooring and has a 2 seater and 3 seater settee in high quality white leather, a coffee table and dining and chairs. There is also a flat screen TV with satelite channels including English channels and a seperate DVD player.

The bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower room. On request we can provide an extra bed or cot.

The fully fitted kitchen has granite worktops, oven and hob( with extractor) fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.

The terrace had table and chairs for alfresco dining.

Outside the apartment has private sun terraces to both the front and rear of the property overlooking landscaped private gardens providing both sun and shade at all times of the day. The rear sun terrace has mountain views reaching down to the sea. There is outdoor furniture on the terrace for you to dine al fresco.

Akamas Health Spa and Resort has been built and designed around luxury living. The resort has a large outdoor pool, a separate children’s pool (which is covered by a sun protection shade against the intense sunrays), each surrounded by ample sun beds.

There is also an indoor heated pool, beach volleyball court, tennis court, gym, sauna & steam room available for all guests to use, for just a further €20 per week (this membership covers all occupants of the apartment) and is payable upon arrival at the Reception.

If you just want to simply relax and get away from it all, take advantage of a choice of over 60 treatments at the Akamas Health Farm Spa, situated in the heart of the resort (treatments purchased separately). It will be an unforgettable experience…… (see for further details.)

The Panorama Restaurant has stunning sea views and offers Mediterranean cuisine & grilled specialities carefully prepared by the professional chef's team.

Breakfast is available between 07:30 and 10:00, lunch between 13:00 and 17:00 and dinner is served between 19:00 and 01:00am

A snack menu is also available from 12:00 until 19:00 and there is a bar where you can enjoy Fresh Juices, Alcoholic Beverages and Cocktails throughout the day.

“Cyprus Apartment Review”

Last year my wife and I spent 3 weeks of October in this apartment. We found Cyprus to be a great place to extend the summer. The weather was sunny, 20°C to 25°C, but cool bordering on cold, in the evenings. The apartment is quite luxurious, with quality appliances, and we really enjoyed our stay. So much so that we have already booked again for 2014. Other than the glorious weather the big attraction is the apartments proximity to the Akamas peninsular. This is a large nature reserve with sea on 2 sides, complete with quite beaches and coves, separated by a large hill/mountain. Hense we could choose between easy coastal walks or tougher hill walks. I must admit though that a lot of days were spent lounging either by the pool within the apartment complex, or enjoying the beaches and restaurants of Latchi, which is ten a minute drive away. The village of Drouseia, nearby, has some friendly tavernas and bars. A last feature worthy of mention is Papantonio’s supermarket in Polis. This is a large supermarket, 10 minutes drive away, and is ideal for fresh foods and drinks (Keo beer!).

We are very pleased to stay in this excellent apartment in a 5star complex. The apartment is new with high quality furnishing. It has a small garden behind the apartment. The staff was very good. The facilities are great, especially the pool. I don't recommend to dine in the restaurant. It was the worth experience. We would like to visit the complex and stay again.
